Fin press line is a production line that produces various shapes of fins by high-speed continuous stamping of aluminum foil, copper foil, stainless steel foil, and other materials. Fin press machines generally come in specifications such as 45 tons, 63 tons, 80 tons, 100 tons, 125 tons, etc. The larger the tonnage, the higher the production efficiency with more rows of fin dies. The main components of the fin press line include: aluminum foil unwinding device, aluminum foil lubrication device, high-speed precision-press, pulling mechanism, single jump and double jump devices, finned collection device, waste collection device, electrical system, pneumatic system and so on.
