After quenching and polishing, it offers good rust resistance and minimal heat treatment deformation, making it ideal for cold shearing applications.
With a heat treatment hardness of 60-62 degrees and precision CNC lathe processing, these copper tube cutting blades are typically installed on OMS or JDM hairpin benders and CNC Tube Chipless Cutting Machines for cutting copper, aluminum, or steel pipes in air conditioning heat exchanger production.
